Cassandra Bishell

Cassandra Bishell is a strategic leader and expert in financial and inventory optimization with over 15 years of experience in merchandise planning and financial forecasting. Currently, they serve as Director at Lands’ End, overseeing $350M+ in annual revenue and 20,000+ SKUs, while also leading cross-functional project initiatives and advocating for women in business through their role as co-lead of the Women’s Business Resource Group. Additionally, they have recently joined Exact Sciences as Principal Demand Planner, where they guide demand forecasting and planning processes. Cassandra holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and has previously held multiple inventory management positions within Lands’ End.
