Chris Luetkens

Chris Luetkens has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as an Executive Recruiter at Exact Sciences since June 2020, where responsibilities have included managing recruitment efforts and leading talent acquisition initiatives. Prior to this role, Chris spent over a decade at The QTI Group in various positions, including Sr. Recruiting Consultant for Executive & Professional Search and Corporate Development Manager. Additional roles include a Loaned Executive position at United Way of Dane County and customer service experience at RE/MAX First, LLC. Chris began a career in finance as a Loan Processor at First Preferred Mortgage. Educationally, Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
