Connor Richards

Connor Richards is an accomplished Calibration Lab Manager at Exact Sciences, overseeing the metrology program since August 2017. With a background in various metrology roles, including Metrology Manager and Supervisor, Connor is responsible for equipment calibration and preventative maintenance schedules, while also focusing on team development. Previous experience includes a Manufacturing Engineering Internship at Phillips-Medisize, where defect analysis in manufactured parts was conducted, and research on gold nanoparticles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science from the same university and has practical experience in product assembly and customer service from positions held during earlier employment.
