Crystal Berrellesa

Crystal Berrellesa, MPA, PHR, is an experienced Senior Recruiter in Talent Acquisition and Inclusion at Exact Sciences, beginning in September 2021. Prior to this role, Crystal contributed to UT Health San Antonio from January 2016 to September 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where responsibilities included developing innovative sourcing strategies and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill talent acquisition goals. Earlier experience includes roles at the City of San Antonio and The University of Texas at San Antonio. Crystal holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from The University of Texas at San Antonio, as well as a Bachelor of Liberal Arts (B.A.).
