Dawn Paulson

Dawn Paulson, MJ, RHIA, CHPS, is a seasoned professional in health information management with extensive experience spanning various leadership positions. Currently serving as the Medical Content Senior Manager at Exact Sciences since January 2019, Dawn has also held roles such as Senior Content and Medical Legal Regulatory Specialist. Prior to this, Dawn was the Director of HIM Practice Excellence at AHIMA and the Assistant Director of Health Information Management at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Dawn's earlier career includes significant roles in cancer registry management and health information services since 1987. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University Chicago, an Associate degree in Health Information Technology from Alfred State College, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, Dawn served as President of the Wisconsin Health Information Management Association from July 2011 to June 2012.
