Erica Eades

Erica Eades is an accomplished project engineer at Exact Sciences since October 2021, with prior experience as an associate engineer in project support. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of North Dakota. Previous positions include a research temp role focused on manufacturing scaffolds for tissue engineering, assisting in biomaterial development as a graduate researcher, and providing guidance as a project co-advisor for senior design projects. Early career experiences include internships as a process engineer and engineering intern, where Erica developed skills in process optimization and capacity analysis using Lean and Six-Sigma techniques.
