Irene Chen

Irene Chen is an accomplished leader in clinical laboratory operations with extensive experience in various healthcare organizations. Currently serving as VP of Clinical Laboratory Operations at Exact Sciences since November 2019, Irene previously held leadership roles at Genomic Health, where responsibilities included VP and Sr. Director positions, and contributed to strategic development at UCLA Health System as Asst. Director. Notable roles at Genomic Health also included Administrative Director, focusing on business expansion and quality improvements. Past experience encompasses program direction at Stanford University Medical Center and various managerial roles at UCSF Stanford Healthcare, spanning from 1986 to 2000.
