Jaclyn Hamer

Jaclyn Hamer currently serves as the Manager of UX Writing at Exact Sciences since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jaclyn held various positions at Critical Mass from October 2014 to October 2025, culminating in the role of Creative Director, while also leading DE&I communications strategies. Additional experience includes roles as Associate Creative Director and Senior Copywriter, contributing to campaigns for notable clients such as Citi ThankYou Rewards, Illinois Lottery, and Harley Davidson Financial Services. Earlier in Jaclyn's career, positions as a Copywriter at Razorfish, DDB, and Draftfcb included work for brands like Special K, McDonald's, and Coors Light, as well as an internship at BBDO where projects included high-profile clients such as HBO and PETA. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Advertising from The University of Tulsa and studies at Miami Ad School.
