Jacob Laurent, MBA, has extensive experience in sales and customer relationship management, currently serving as the Lead Screening Solutions Specialist at Exact Sciences since June 2018. Previously held the position of Senior Inside Sales Representative and Screening Solutions Specialist, focusing on enhancing patient care and increasing screening rates in collaboration with healthcare providers. Prior to that, Jacob gained valuable experience as an intern at American Risk Management Resources Network, LLC, where organizational skills and attention to detail were developed. Additionally, Jacob has held various positions in customer service and coaching, including as a volunteer wrestling coach and cashier roles at Menards and Copps, demonstrating strong communication and leadership abilities. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is currently pursuing an MBA at Eastern University.
