Jared Shea, JD, currently serves as Healthcare Regulatory Counsel at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include ensuring compliance with FTC, FDA, and FCC regulations as well as providing guidance on advertising and promotional campaigns. Prior experience includes a role as Communications Review Associate at Exact Sciences, legal clerkships at the United States Attorneys' Offices focusing on health care fraud litigation, and internships at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. and Children's Minnesota, where Jared contributed to regulatory compliance and risk management efforts. Additionally, editorial work was completed for the Mitchell Hamline Law Journal, alongside various law clerk positions specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, and civil litigation. Jared holds a Juris Doctor in Health Law from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of St. Thomas.
