Jill Ellefson

Jill Ellefson is an insightful leader in healthcare leadership, known for bringing people together to address significant challenges. Currently, Jill operates an independent consulting firm, Jill Ellefson Consulting, LLC, specializing in strategic planning and organizational effectiveness for nonprofit organizations. Previously, Jill served as the Director of Strategic Consulting at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they facilitated organizational design and leadership coaching. Jill’s extensive experience also includes roles as Transplant Service Line Director at UW Health and Executive Director of UW Organ and Tissue Donation. Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Healthcare Management and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
