John Lundquist

John Lundquist currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Exact Sciences, having been with the company since August 2018. In recent roles, John managed the Forecasting & Real Time Management teams from September 2022 to October 2023 and the Forecasting & Analysis team from October 2023 to January 2025. Prior to Exact Sciences, John worked at the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Lead Workforce Management Specialist and Interim Workforce Management Supervisor from June 2016 to August 2018. Additional experience includes positions at IDM Hospitality as a Purchasing Associate and at HotelRED as an Operations Coordinator and Housekeeping Lead. John began a career in customer service as a Guest Services Representative and a Legislative Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives. John holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, where studies were completed from 2007 to 2011.
