Julia Pearson

Julia Pearson, MBA, is an accomplished security professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Security at Exact Sciences since January 2024. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at American Family Insurance from 2006 to January 2024, culminating in the role of Director of Security & Intelligence Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing the safety of over 13,000 employees and managing security for numerous physical assets across the organization. Additional experience includes roles at the US Army as an Army Officer and Company Commander, as well as positions at AMCORE Bank. Julia holds an MBA in Human Resources from Colorado Technical University and a BS in Sociology/Criminal Justice from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
