Katie Sweeney

Katie Sweeney MBA has extensive experience in customer care and workforce optimization, currently serving as the Director of Workforce Optimization at Exact Sciences since March 2018. In this role, Katie oversees a team focused on supporting ordering providers for Cologuard and COVID-19 testing, while providing exceptional service to sales teams and healthcare providers. Prior to this, Katie held various positions at UW Health, including Communication Center Supervisor, where responsibilities included managing a 24-hour staff in a contact center, as well as leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Katie's earlier experience includes roles at the Association of State Floodplain Managers and Bergstrom Automotive, highlighting strong administrative and support skills. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
