Ken Ching is an experienced program management professional with a strong background in the life sciences and technology sectors. Currently serving as Associate Director of Program Management at Exact Sciences, Ken leads cross-functional teams to implement the Veeva CRM system for Precision Oncology’s US Sales organization and supports various analytics initiatives. Previously, Ken held several roles at Genomic Health, including Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Program Management, where responsibilities included maximizing revenue opportunities through process improvement and analytics. Ken's earlier experience includes positions at Guidewire Software, Accuray, HP, and Bristol-Myers Squibb, where expertise in project management, system integration, and financial analysis was developed. Ken holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
