Kristi Millhiser, SPHR, SHRM SCP, CPC, serves as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include shaping HR strategy, leading the Organizational Development and Inclusion teams, and driving business impact through leadership, team development, career advancement, and inclusive practices. With a robust background in human resources, Kristi has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Organizational Development at Exact Sciences, as well as positions at La Cantera Resort & Spa, Grand Wailea, and Home Instead Senior Care. Kristi holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
