Mallory Bocek

Mallory Bocek, CPA, has extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting, currently serving as the Director of Consolidations, Equity Compensation & SEC Reporting at Exact Sciences since September 2015, after holding various positions, including Associate Director and Senior Manager. Prior experience includes roles as an Assurance Senior Associate and Associate at BDO USA, LLP, where Mallory led audit engagements across multiple industries and assisted in financial statement preparation. Earlier experience at Schenck SC involved financial statement audits, tax return preparation, and a role as an intern focused on individual income tax returns. Mallory holds a BBA in Accounting, Finance, and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
