Martin You currently serves as the Associate Director of Precision Oncology R&D at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include the development of solutions for cancer tissue-based therapy selection and molecular residual disease (MRD). Prior experience includes a role as a Scientist at Illumina, contributing significantly to the Illumina COVIDSeq Test and its EUA submissions. Martin also worked as a Research Associate at Genomatica, supporting the Systems Biology team with various omics workflows and providing bioinformatics expertise. Additionally, early experience as a Lab Assistant at BATJ, Inc. involved essential molecular biology techniques and lab maintenance. Martin holds a Master’s Degree in Biotechnology-Bioinformatics from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Cell Biology from UC San Diego.
