Matt Ford

Matt Ford has extensive experience in sales and training within the healthcare industry, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Performance Acceleration at Exact Sciences since January 2018. Prior roles at Exact Sciences include Associate Director of Sales Operations and Senior Manager positions focused on Sales Excellence, Field Sales Learning and Development, and Business Acumen Training. Prior to joining Exact Sciences, Matt held various leadership roles at Merck from April 2007 to January 2018, including Associate Director of Sales and Associate Director of Global Learning & Development, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and spearheading global training initiatives. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, obtained in 2000.
