Michael Elle, GSP, CMSE®, is a Senior Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist at Exact Sciences, where they apply their extensive expertise in safety management to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. They previously served as an Environmental Health & Safety Specialist at Promega Corporation and gained valuable experience in safety practices as a Safety Intern at Fabick Cat. Michael’s background includes military service as an Amphibious Assault Vehicle Crewman with the U.S. Marine Corp, where they developed leadership and adaptive skills. They hold a degree in Occupational & Environmental Safety from UW-Whitewater and an Associate of Science from Madison Area Technical College.
