Michael Hoge

Michael Hoge is a proven leader with over 30 years of industry experience, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence at Exact Sciences. With accomplished technical and operational leadership skills, they have extensive experience in product and manufacturing process development, particularly in new product introductions. Michael has held significant roles at companies such as Caterpillar Inc., Generac Power Systems, and GE Healthcare, leading large scale manufacturing operations and global teams across multiple countries. They are pursuing a Master of Business Administration from Marquette University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
