Mohamed Omar

Mohamed Omar is currently the Director of Health Services and Outcomes Research at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they have been leading efforts in health economics and outcomes research since 2014. They are responsible for managing the medical interface with key access customers and developing sustainable customer relationships. Prior to this role, Mohamed held positions at Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation, including Therapeutic Area Head and Assistant Director in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. They also served as a Therapeutic Area Leader in Global Medical Affairs at Novartis from 2008 to 2014. Mohamed earned a PhD in Health Economics and Outcomes Research from The University of Texas at Austin between 1996 and 2001.
