Pat Bauch

Pat Bauch is an Associate Director of Customer Care Learning at Exact Sciences, where they lead a team of technical training professionals in the healthcare and customer support industry. With extensive expertise in adult and secondary education, Pat has held roles as a Supervisor in Training and Development, Senior Trainer, and Trainer at Exact Sciences. Previously, Pat served as a Social Studies Teacher in the Madison Metropolitan School District and was the Varsity Soccer Coach at Madison West High School. Pat is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education at Edgewood College and holds a BA in Legal Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
