Philip Mack

Philip Mack is a seasoned professional in medical development with extensive experience in academia and healthcare. Currently serving as Sr Principal Medical Development Director at Exact Sciences since December 2025, Philip previously held the role of Professor and Associate Director at the Center for Thoracic Oncology within Mount Sinai Health System from October 2019 to December 2025. Philip's academic career includes positions as Adjunct Professor and Associate Adjunct Professor at the University of California, Davis from June 1994 to October 2019, as well as Professor of Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Genetics, and Oncology at California Northstate University from 2015 to September 2019. Philip completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Biology and Genetics at the University of California, Davis from 1993 to 1997, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from UC Santa Cruz from 1987 to 1991.
