Rachel Yarger, PMP, is the Sr. Director of the Program Management Office at Exact Sciences, where they provide strategic leadership for R&D projects in cancer screening product development. With 16 years of experience, Rachel has a background in both defense contracting and biotechnology, having previously held roles at Moog Inc., Northrop Grumman, and Luminex Corporation. They are passionate about coaching teams, transforming PMOs, and implementing project governance. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Business from the University at Buffalo.
