Randall Specht

Randall Specht currently serves as a Senior Program Manager at Exact Sciences since July 2024, previously holding the role of Program Manager. Prior experience includes a tenure at CAI from May 2018 to June 2024 as the Director of Technical Services for the Midwest and Project Manager, where responsibilities included guiding teams toward project objectives and managing project financials and deliverables. Earlier, Randall Specht spent nearly a decade in the US Navy (October 2008 - May 2018), serving in multiple roles, including Nuclear Repair Coordinator, Nuclear Machinist Mate, Engineering Watch Supervisor, Machinery Division Leading Petty Officer, and Nuclear QA Planner, focusing on nuclear propulsion plant operations and maintenance planning. Randall Specht holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business (2024-2026), a Master of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2020-2022), a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University (2015-2018), and completed training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (2008-2010).
