Rita Munn

Rita Munn, CEP, has extensive experience in equity compensation management, currently serving as the Manager of Equity Compensation at Exact Sciences since July 2012. Previous roles at Exact Sciences include Associate Manager of Equity Compensation, where responsibilities encompassed the administration and education of various equity plans, management of a team, and compliance reporting. Prior to this, Rita held multiple positions at Adler & Associates, S.C., including Senior Accountant, contributing to payroll and accounting functions from July 2004 to July 2012. Rita holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, earned between 2000 and 2004.
