Rizi Ai

Rizi Ai is a highly experienced professional in the field of bioinformatics, currently serving as a Principal Bioinformatics Scientist at DermTech since April 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior Bioinformatics Scientist. Prior to this, Rizi was associated with the University of California San Diego from November 2012 to March 2021, where roles included Manager of the Joint Bioinformatics and Computational Core, Project Scientist, and Postdoc. Rizi holds a Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Riverside, earned in 2012, and a B.S. in Biology from Fudan University, completed in 2007. Additionally, Rizi is pursuing an M.S. in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, expected to be completed in 2023.
