Robert Powell is a Senior Global EHSS & Machine Safety Leader with over 25 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leadership, specializing in machinery safety, compliance, and risk mitigation. They currently serve as the Principal Project Manager for Global EHS&S at Exact Sciences, overseeing EHS strategies for new processes, equipment, and capital projects. Previously, Robert held positions as Manager of Occupational Safety at Pfizer and Director of Safety for the Ohio Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections, where they significantly improved safety metrics. They also served as an Adjunct Instructor and have consulted on various safety programs across multiple industries.
