Rusty Welch

Rusty Welch is an experienced R&D Software and Firmware Engineer currently employed at Exact Sciences since September 2023. Prior to this role, Welch held similar positions at Resolution Bioscience (part of Agilent) from July 2021 to September 2023 and from December 2018 to July 2021 as a Software Engineer II. Welch's career began as a Programmer at e-renter.com and continued as a LAMP Developer at Oldride.com, along with several software engineering roles at Lightspeed GMI and Trendwest Resorts. Welch served as a Line Team Leader in the 2nd Battalion 75th Ranger Regiment from March 2003 to March 2008.
