Ryan Burch is the Associate Director of Experience Product Management at Exact Sciences, where they focus on enhancing user experience through innovative product management strategies. A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Science with honors in 2015 and a Master of Science in Information Science in 2016. Ryan has substantial experience in roles ranging from Quality Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services to Senior Product Manager at EBSCO Information Services, where they significantly improved mobile applications for healthcare professionals. In addition to their technical expertise, Ryan is passionate about music and has taught private lessons while being a member of the UNC Jazz Big Band.
