Sara Iams

Sara Iams is a seasoned professional in regulatory and market strategy, currently serving as Senior Manager at Exact Sciences since January 2023. Previously, Iams was Manager of Market Access, Federal Health Policy & Reimbursement Strategy at DH Diagnostics LLC from November 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that role, Iams was a Shareholder in the Health Care Practice Group at Polsinelli PC from April 2011 to October 2021 and worked as a Health Care Attorney at Faegre & Benson LLP from October 2009 to April 2011. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services in 2007 and serving as Programs Associate at the United States Golf Association from 2004 to 2006. Iams holds a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
