Sarah Phillips

Sarah Phillips serves as the Director of Cybersecurity Strategy & GRC at Exact Sciences since October 2022, contributing significantly to the Cybersecurity leadership team by shaping and implementing the organization's information security strategy. Previously, Sarah led Splunk's Global Security GRC, focusing on governance, risk, and compliance across various teams, and directed the development of the HITRUST CSF framework at HITRUST. Prior roles include Senior Manager for Information Security GRC at PepsiCo and managerial positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where efforts spanned law enforcement support, strategic risk management, and compliance initiatives. Sarah holds a degree from The University of Texas at Arlington.
