Sarah Schmidt has extensive experience in customer service and training roles across various industries. Since April 2019, Sarah has served as a Supervisor in Customer Care Learning at Exact Sciences, where responsibilities include training and supporting providers in the order process for Cologuard, aiding in the early detection of colorectal cancer. Prior to this, Sarah held multiple positions at Aveda, where skills in sales, product education, and personalized guest service were developed. Leadership abilities were showcased as a Manager and Team Leader at Aveda and Rejuvenation Spa, focusing on team development and customer satisfaction. Additionally, experience in loan resolution coordination was gained at MortgageIT and recruiting at International Student Volunteers. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from The Ohio State University.
