Stephen Tlachac

Stephen Tlachac is currently the Vice President of Corporate FP&A at Exact Sciences, a position held since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Finance Director at 3M, where they contributed to global supply chain financial strategies. Stephen began their career with internships at Dunham Associates and The Toro Company, where they developed skills in financial analysis and reporting. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations Management, and Accounting, as well as an MBA in Strategy, Marketing, and Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
