Szabolcs Szelinger

Szabolcs Szelinger currently serves as the Associate Laboratory Director and Director of Genetics at Exact Sciences since April 2021. In addition to these roles, Szabolcs has been an NGS Consultant at the College of American Pathologists since September 2019 and worked as a Consultant and Research Assistant Professor at TGen - an Affiliate of City of Hope from July 2018 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Genetics at Ashion Analytics from July 2018 to April 2021, completing a Clinical Molecular Genetics Fellowship at UCLA from July 2016 to June 2018, and holding various positions at TGen between August 2005 and June 2016. Szabolcs began a career in the medical laboratory field as a Medical Laboratory Technician at Laboratory Sciences of Arizona from April 2002 to August 2005. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology and a B.S. in Molecular Biosciences, both obtained from Arizona State University.
