Theoren Smith

Theoren Smith is an experienced professional specializing in merger and acquisition integration and operational strategy. Currently serving as the Head of M&A Integration Strategy at Exact Sciences since July 2023, Theoren also founded Garegnani Vineyards in 2018, a family-run vineyard. Previously, Theoren held the position of Director of M&A Integration and Operations at Funko from January to August 2023 and worked as a Senior Manager in M&A Integration at Invitae in 2021-2022. At Netflix, from 2018 to 2020, Theoren managed strategy and operations, spearheading the launch of a global Program Management Office. Additional experience includes various roles at PwC from 2013 to 2018, and co-founding SweatCred, a wellness marketplace, in 2014. Theoren began a career as a Senior FP&A Analyst at SAIC from 2009 to 2013, and holds a B.A. in Economics from Wheaton College.
