Timothy Holwick

Timothy Holwick is an accomplished regulatory affairs professional with extensive experience in the diagnostics and medical device industries. Currently serving as Director of Regulatory Affairs at Exact Sciences since September 2023, Timothy oversees regulatory activities for the Kirkland, WA laboratory following its acquisition of Resolution Bioscience. Prior roles include Director of Regulatory Affairs for NGS CDx at Agilent Technologies, Senior Director of Companion Diagnostics at Freeline, and Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs at Invitae, where regulatory strategy and compliance for companion diagnostic projects were key responsibilities. Timothy has also held multiple regulatory positions at ArcherDX, Medtronic, and other organizations, contributing to successful FDA and CE Mark submissions and regulatory strategies. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.A. in English from Penn State University.
