Tom Draney

Tom (Thomas Lee) Draney is a seasoned professional in product management and technology leadership. Currently serving as Product Manager at Exact Sciences since September 2022, Tom leads the development of a customer-initiated ordering experience, enhancing the ease with which customers request products. Prior to this role, Tom spent nearly nine years at FleishmanHillard as Senior Vice President - MIS, where Tom provided technical leadership and fostered an agile engineering culture. Tom's earlier experience includes a role as Lead Application Developer at SSM Health Care, managing web development teams to create complex applications, and as Information Systems Manager, overseeing various IT operations and implementing telehealth solutions. Tom holds a Master of Health Administration in Health Management and Informatics from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
