Traci McLachlan

Traci McLachlan currently serves as Associate Director of Design Quality Engineering at Exact Sciences, a position held since August 2021, following a promotion from Senior Manager in the same department. Prior experience includes over eleven years at Luminex Corporation, where Traci held several roles, culminating in Senior Project Manager. Earlier career positions include Molecular Biologist at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Agricultural Research Specialist at the USDA Agricultural Research Service. Traci holds a Master of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Minot State University.
