Vahab Vahdat

Vahab Vahdat is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in health economics and outcomes research. Currently serving as Associate Director at Exact Sciences since January 2021, Vahdat has held various roles within the company, including Senior Manager and Senior Data Scientist. Vahdat also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine, teaching in the MS Health Informatics & Analytics Program. Previous experience includes a Research Fellow position at MGH Institute for Technology Assessment and a Graduate Research Assistant role at Northeastern University, where Vahdat focused on optimizing patient flow and implementing innovative solutions in healthcare settings. Vahdat holds a Post-doctorate degree from Harvard University in Health Economics and Outcomes Research, a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Yazd University.
