Val Jencks

Val Jencks is a seasoned design professional currently serving as Director of Experience Design at Exact Sciences since May 2022. Prior experience includes key leadership roles at PwC as Director of Experience Design & Innovation, Wunderman Thompson as Chief Experience Officer for the Midwest, and Mirum Agency as VP, Head of User Experience for the US. Val Jencks has also contributed to organizations such as Critical Mass as Group Director of User Experience and We Are Unlimited as Director of User Experience. A member of multiple design leadership forums, Val Jencks has judged the MUX Awards for Mobile UX Design and holds a BS degree in Industrial Design from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Renowned for fostering innovation, collaboration, and user-centered design processes, Val Jencks has successfully built and led cross-disciplinary teams throughout a diverse career.
