Yajing Liu is currently a Scientist at Exact Sciences, having joined the company in April 2022. Prior to this role, Yajing served as an Assay R&D Scientist at Cayman Chemical from January 2020 to January 2022, where significant contributions included the development of inhibitor screening and competitive ELISA assay kits for SARS-CoV-2 and cancer research, along with the redevelopment of fluorometric enzyme activity kits. Earlier experience as a Research Fellow/Specialist at the University of Michigan from January 2012 to December 2019 involved investigating mechanisms of resistance in various cancer cells, utilizing a wide range of molecular techniques, and leading to successful grants for clinical trials and numerous publications. Additional experience as Co-Director of HR at miLEAD Consulting Group involved recruitment and feedback management. Yajing's educational background includes a PhD in Oncology and Molecular Medicine from the University of Dundee, an MSc in Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine from The University of Sheffield, and a BS in Biomedical Sciences from the same institution.
