Mark O'Sullivan

Mark O'Sullivan is an experienced professional in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, mobile game development, and esports. Currently serving as Head of M&A at Exacta Solutions Ltd since January 2022, Mark has successfully handled various transactions, including the sale of Neccton to OpenBet and multiple investment raises. Additionally, Mark holds the position of Director at Big Karma, a mobile game development company focused on improving disability representation, and previously served as Secretary General of the Malta Esports Association from March 2021 to June 2023, contributing to the establishment of the first esports association in Malta. Mark's earlier experience includes roles at KPMG Malta as an Assistant Manager and Advisor in Gaming Industries, and various positions at Dublin City University, where an MSc in Electronic Commerce and a Bachelor of Business Studies were attained.
