Welcome to the Exactech UK LinkedIn page. At Exactech, we look at joint reconstruction through the eyes of a surgeon, because we were founded by one. For us, it’s all about working together, understanding clinical challenges, then engineering innovative solutions for shoulder, ankle, knee and hip surgery. For 30 years, this focus on surgeons and a drive to improve patient outcomes have been the secrets to our success.

We strive to provide innovation across the arthroplasty and biologics market including:

•	Shoulder
•	Ankle
•	Hip and Knee
•	Bone graft
•	PRP
•	Computer Assisted Surgery

Innovation:

Is there a better way to make medical devices? We think so. It starts with a different attitude toward the process. We have no interest in developing “me too” products.

Our innovations are designed with a singular purpose: to improve patient outcomes.

You’ll see inquisitive behavior throughout the company. Our design surgeons and engineers look beyond conventional wisdom and find solutions to the remaining clinical and economic challenges facing medical devices, then work hand-in-hand to attack each challenge with intensity and passion.

We work together to advance the efficiency of instruments and the efficacy of implant systems while cultivating a culture of exceptional customer service because it’s our goal to make each case go exactly as planned.

In the end, we believe all the work we do is, in large part, for the same reason surgeons go to work every day—to help people improve their quality of life and regain their independence.
