Andy Zeltwanger has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Regulatory Affairs at Exactech since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Philips from 2017 to 2022, where they served as the Director of Regulatory Affairs and then as the Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs.

Before their tenure at Philips, Andy was the President of Two Dogs Custom Woodworking from 2016 to 2021, specializing in traditional hand tool woodworking and custom design projects. From 2013 to 2016, they held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing at Rinovum Women's Health, where they were responsible for various regulatory and quality activities.

Andy Zeltwanger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with a focus on Medical studies from Penn State University in 1999. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering at the University of Pittsburgh.
