Monica Rognoni has a strong background in compliance and integrity, having worked in various roles in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Monica started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they gained experience in cost review, outsourcing projects, and compliance investigations. Monica then moved to Syngenta as a Global Business Process Lead, handling general ledger record to report processes. After that, Monica joined Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics as the Region EMEA Sox and Integrity & Compliance Manager, focusing on establishing and implementing local processes and SOPs for compliance standards. Monica later worked at Grifols (formerly Novartis Diagnostics) as the Region EMEA SOX Integrity & Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining an Integrity & Compliance Program. Currently, Monica is the Senior Director Compliance Emea Apac at Exactech.
