Stephanie Marion

Stephanie Marion has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Stephanie is currently working at Exactech as the Director, HR Business Partner, CI/BT since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Director Of Continuous Improvement from May 2022 to December 2022. Before joining Exactech, Stephanie worked at RTI Surgical where they held various roles including Manager, Global Ops Admin from February 2018 to February 2019, Operations Manager from October 2014 to February 2018, Operations Supervisor from April 2011 to October 2014, and Tissue Processing Technician from May 2008 to April 2011. Stephanie'sresponsibilities in these roles included leading cross-functional improvement projects, coaching and directing teams, managing budgets and projects, and following standard operating procedures for production.

Stephanie Marion obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Erskine College. Stephanie later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at the University of South Florida. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Tissue Banking Specialist from the American Association of Tissue Banks, obtained in December 2013.
