Xinran Jia

Xinran Jia is currently the Sr. Director of FP&A and Investor Relations at Exactech. They have over a decade of experience in finance, having previously served as a Senior Finance Manager at Wabtec Corporation and as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti, where they specialized in business performance improvement. Xinran began their career in the Financial Management Program at GE Capital, completing rotations in various financial roles. They hold an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
