Terry Hughes has extensive work experience in security and project management. From 1980 to 2011, they worked for the Ohio Air National Guard as a Security Forces Operations Manager, where they led, managed, and supervised security force activities. Terry also served as the principal advisor to the commander and provided a mission-ready enlisted force. From 1999 to 2012, Hughes worked for the State of Ohio as a State Security Manager.
